Based on a widely circulated meme often misattributed to Lao Tzu, the phrase is adopted here as a self-deprecating reflection on longevity — choosing the long haul over being bright, hip or flashy. The tee marks twenty years of &Larry’s practice and was released as a gift to the press for this exhibition.
